Benjamin Kaita

Benjamin Kaita is a California Painter. He received a BFA at California State University of Long Beach, a MFA at Southern Illinois University, and is currently studying at Grand Central Atelier. To him, landscape painting is a form of visual note taking that attempts to make sense of something undefinable. While he can never completely imitate nature with his paintings, he feels closer to nature through the pursuit. He hopes the viewer shares his experiences and walks away with pieces of the places he has been through his studies.
